REFUND POLICY

This policy explains how refunds are handled for advisory engagements and deliverables. Because advisory work is often delivered via milestones and time blocks, refunds depend on documented delivery status.

Last updated: February 13, 2026

  1. Refund eligibility depends on written scope, milestones, and payment terms. If an engagement agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement controls.
  2. Raise concerns as soon as possible so we can correct course early. Fast feedback reduces misunderstandings and prevents avoidable waste.
  3. Completed sessions are generally non-refundable because time and expertise are delivered at the time of the session. This includes live calls and scheduled working sessions.
  4. If a milestone was not delivered as agreed, you may request a review. We will verify deliverables, dates, and acceptance criteria described in writing.
  5. For project work, partial refunds may be considered for clearly undelivered portions. Refunds are typically limited to fees attributable to the undelivered portion.
  6. Retainers may be non-refundable once work begins unless the written agreement states otherwise. Retainers reserve capacity and cover initial planning.
  7. If you cancel before work starts, we may refund amounts paid minus reasonable administrative time. Administrative time includes intake review and scheduling.
  8. Rescheduling requires reasonable notice to protect reserved time. Frequent last-minute changes may affect eligibility for credits or refunds.
  9. No-shows may be treated as delivered sessions. This protects allocated time and preparation effort.
  10. In some cases we may offer credits instead of refunds. Credits can be applied to future sessions or revised scope when mutually agreed.
  11. Requests should include engagement name, date range, and the reason for the request. Clear details help us resolve matters efficiently.
  12. We aim to respond within a reasonable business timeframe. Complex cases may require review of communications and delivered materials.
  13. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where feasible. Processing time varies by financial institutions and payment rails.
  14. We do not refund based on subjective dissatisfaction if work was delivered as agreed. Advisory services support decisions but cannot guarantee outcomes.
  15. If clarification is needed, we may propose a corrective session or written clarification. This often resolves issues faster than a refund process.
  16. We do not refund third-party costs you incur for implementation. Implementation decisions and vendors remain your responsibility.
  17. If an engagement is terminated for breach of agreed terms, refunds may be limited. This protects resources already allocated to delivery and planning.
  18. We may ask you to confirm what was received and when. This ensures the record accurately reflects delivery status.
  19. We may update this policy prospectively as operations change. Updates do not retroactively change signed agreement terms.
  20. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where mandatory protections apply, we comply accordingly.
